The service

Vedant's GMB Automations is software that lets you create, verify and manage Google Business Profiles from WhatsApp or Telegram. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your account and Google access

You must own or be authorised to manage the profiles you connect. You can disconnect at any time from your Google account settings.

Pricing and payment

• Business plan: ₹10,000 per profile, paid once.
• Agency plan: ₹5,000 per profile per month, billed monthly.
• Each business location on Google counts as one profile.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes are extra.

Your content

You are responsible for what you post and reply through the assistant, and it must follow Google's Business Profile policies.

Third-party platforms

The service depends on Google, WhatsApp and Telegram, which may change or limit their services. Verification, ranking and visibility on Google are decided by Google, and we cannot guarantee them.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for spam, fake reviews, impersonation, or anything that breaks the law or the platforms' rules. We may suspend accounts that do.

Ending the service

You can stop using the service at any time. We may end it with notice; one-time payments cover use while the service is offered.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction.
